Each year, the Soirée de la relève Radio-Canada is a chance to discover short documentaries from Quebec's emerging filmmakers. This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity for audiences to appreciate the talents of the voices set to shine brightly on our screens.

This year, the prize was awarded to Juliette Balthazard for her film Where Motion Has Not Yet Ceased. Ukrainian women exiled in Prague tell their stories as they attempt to rebuild their lives; meanwhile, the war seeps into the voices of the men who have stayed behind.

Juliette was awarded a $10,000 grant ffered by Radio-Canada to support the production of a future project.

Short films from Camille Salvetti, Myriam Ben Saïd, Nicole Doummar, Diego Gros-Louis and Louise Blancheteau are available for free on ICI TOU.TV.
