In Coma, three women from three generations of a family live the drama of ordinary life during extraordinary times. Together under the same roof, these three women are confined to an apartment in Damascus in times of political strife, revealing the intimacies and struggles of family relationships. Off-screen, the absence of three men represents three events marking the past and present of each generation differently. (WR)
